Classroom Focus for the week of:
5/14-5/18
Monday: Students will have time to respond to others in their book discussion groups. We will also begin the post assessment for CRs--goal is to complete a plan of attack today.

Tuesday: Students will complete their Post-Assessment for CR about Amir and then have remaining time to collect more supporting materials for persuasive speeches.
HW: See Monday.
Wednesday: NWEA testing begins. Periods 8&10 will have ELA today and will work on gathering supporting materials as well as learn more about organizing the speech (2 methods).
HW: See Monday. If you are not yet done with the assigned reading for the week, focus on that today. Be sure to work on your word journal as well.
